Mulching is recommended because the clippings break down into a natural fertilizer which is good for your lawn as well as environmentally sound. Both options include line trimming around all landscaping beds and structures, all walks and driveways will be blown clean of clippings and dirt.
Core Aeration removes plugs of soil from your lawn to relieve compacting, the plugs then break up to form a fresh top dressing which aids in braking down the thatch layer, aeration also allows water, nutrients, and oxygen to reach your lawns root system.
